We offer secure shipping to your door nationwide using The Courier Guy as our local courier partner. Plus, get FREE shipping when you spend R750 or more!

We are currently offering door-to-door deliveries within the South African borders.

Delivery FAQs

HOW ARE ITEMS SHIPPED?

Items are couriered with a tracking code.

Upon receipt of payment your order will be sent out for delivery. Orders will only be sent out when payment has cleared in MMF Retail (Pty) Ltd t/a Modesse’s account.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

Regional Centres – Please allow 3-4 working days from date of cleared payment.

Outlying Areas – 5-6 working days from date of cleared payment.

Deliveries will only be processed within RSA.

No delivery to postal addresses will be accepted.    

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?          

A standard shipping fee of R75 will be charged for all orders.

Local shipping will be calculated upon checkout.

HOW WILL I KNOW ONCE MY ORDER IS ON ITS WAY?

All Modesse's orders are delivered by our courier partner. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is ready and shipped. This email will include a tracking link so that you can monitor the delivery status of your parcel.

Please note: tracking information may not be immediately available as this information is based on the our courier partner's website and tracking monitoring. 

Rest assured, if you haven't received a dispatch email notification, our team are most likely still working hard to get your product/s to you. We will of course keep you informed with any order information as updates become available.

WHAT IF THERE IS A DELAY WITH MY ORDER DELIVERY?

While we endeavour to deliver your order within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee these delivery times - especially during busy promotional and sale periods where dispatch may be delayed due to increased volume of orders.

Dispatch of orders may also be delayed when verification or correction of your payment and/or address information is required prior to dispatch.
